We are pleased to announce that we will be introducing a trial ticket purchase service especially for overseas residents(Who doesn’t have any address in japan).
Currently, B.League accounts can only be created by residents of Japan, making it difficult to accommodate inbound demand. Additionally, we have received inquiries via email as well as requests from overseas residents wishing to purchase tickets at the venue on game days. To address this, we have decided to implement this trial service.

Ticket Application and Entry Process

1. Visit the Shimane Susanoo Magic official website and click on the banner labeled "Ticket Application Form". Fill out the form with your preferred game date, number of tickets, and other details.

2. Once your tickets are secured, you will receive an email from [info@paysys.jp] containing a payment URL. Please complete the payment.

3. After confirming your payment, an e-ticket will be sent to you within five business days.

4. On game day, print out your e-ticket and present it at the entrance gate for admission.

【お知らせ】海外在住者向けチケット購入サービス　試験導入のお知らせ

いつも島根スサノオマジックへ熱いご声援をいただき、誠にありがとうございます。

この度、島根スサノオマジックでは海外在住者向けチケット購入サービスを試験導入することとなりましたのでお知らせいたします。
現在Bリーグアカウントは国内に居住している方しかアカウントを作成することができず、インバウンド等の需要に対応できておりませんでした。
弊社においても当日窓口でチケットの購入の希望される海外在住者や事前にメールで問い合わせをいただくこともあり、試験導入の運びとなりました。
